All the Goods offered at the Store are new, produced on the basis of Agnieszka Wesołowska’s designs and are eligible for copyright protection.

The Goods are made of leather of the highest quality. Taking into consideration the materials used in production and the fact that some elements are hand-crafted, the Seller reserves the possibility of slight differences in Goods produced within the same pattern.

Cameleobags have a warranty of 24 months starting from the date of the sale. The warranty does not cover:

– mechanical damages

– natural damages, which result from the time passage

– damages which appear as a result of improper usage or improper conservation and maintenance

Products may be produced in limited editions (any information considering the unique character of the product is attached to its description).

To every product you buy in our store, there is a Certificate attached by the Seller.

MEANS OF CONSERVATION AND MAINTENANCE

1. Do not clean with water

2. Do not expose the product to moisture

3. In order to avoid discolouration, keep away from other materials. Best to store in a textile bag attached to the product. To avoid any deformation, fill up while not in use.

4. Avoid carrying any heavy objects in your handbag. It may cause deformation of the product and stretching of the leather.

5. Watch out for discolourations which may appear on the leather, especially while it is soaking
