FINAL PROVISIONS
1. Personal data of the Buyer given in the track of making an order in the Store are processed by the Store strictly to fulfill an order.
2. A Buyer, by making an order, accords with using the Store in conformity with these Terms and Conditions, in their version from the day of making the order. Lack of assent to these Terms and Conditions makes the ordering of Goods offered by the Store impossible.
3. The Seller is not responsible for transactions performed by unauthorized persons, who got the access to the Buyers account at the Store, in consequence of the Buyer’s loss or disclosure of the username or the password to the account.
4. Polish law is employed to create a Sale’s Contract of the Goods at the Store.
5. In cases not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the regulations of the Civil Code or other acts applying to the Store’s activity and functioning are employed.
6. The common court of law locally competent in the light of the laws in force is the proper court to decide a difference.
7. The Store reserves its right to introduce changes into the Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes are binding from the moment they are published on the Store’s website.
8. An up-to-date version of the Terms and Conditions is published on the Store’s website in such way, it can be acquired, reconstructed and saved using teleinformatic means employed by the Buyer, that is – in the PDF format.
9. The Store’s Administrator takes actions to ensure proper functioning of the Store’s website according to current technical knowledge, and covenants to remove all the faults reported by the Buyers as soon as possible. The Store is not responsible for the functioning interruptions caused by the Internet failure.
10. All photographs, graphics, logotypes, publications and texts available at the Store are eligible for copyright and related rights protection (Act from the 4th February 1994 from the Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland 1994 No. 24 pos. 83). Unauthorized copying, multiplying or distribution of the content published on the Store’s website is strictly forbidden.
